Originally it was done as very much the software for our own use, which we have significantly expanded to turn into a full-fledged product. That's why we didn't publish it anywhere but we will do that for Mira platform.

If you don't back up your file at Mira's or any third-party cloud storage then it's down to you to keep the file and make sure you don't delete permanently because only you will know about it existence.

Mira is not similar to the project you've mentioned as our main focus is on a safe and anonymous way of storing and sending cryptocurrencies outside of blockchain or offline.

I'm sorry if there was some kind of misunderstanding about that. The nodes must receive the data regarding successful opening of the MiraBox from the blockchain in order for its contents to be extracted.

The acquisition of a NominalBox at Mira's platform does not require user verification and authorization. The platform generates a public key to the selected wallet, with a contract which only stores: container ID, creation date and opening status.

The release of the first version of Mira platform will allow everyone to buy MiraBoxes with verious kinds of cryptocurrencies, which will allow to store and send them in a secure way. Smart contract features, which are going to be integrated into MiraBoxes at later stages, will only add to the main MiraBox functionality.

You can open you MiraBox any time and sell your cryptocurrencies on an exchange or send it to a wallet.
