Trying to request a payout, but it keeps telling me the page is unavailable!

I haven't received a deepbit payout for several days. If I request a payout it just says "Please Wait". Glad I kept my payout low... I've already changed pools. Still waiting for my 0.024BTC though!

Hello.
Payments were left in locked state after a maintenance due to a mistake. Problem solved.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

P.S.: I asked theymos to delete the "wrong" forum account. Hope this will be fixed and I'll start receiving your PMs normally.

Hello. Blockexplorer only shows confirmed transactions. Your transaction is not confirmed yet.
You have to wait for confirmation. If the amount is small then it probably will be confirmed with the next block found by our pool.

Don't worry, our transactions are never lost, but since we are paying no TX fees, confirmation may take some time sometimes.

Maybe you are using Proportional payment mode ?
Your reward depends on the luck in this mode and will be normal on average (days or weeks), but usually not in any given short period.

I am getting the following error in the Phoenix 2 miner, using OpenCL kernel on a Radeon HD5750 (driver 12.104, OpenCL 1.2 AMD-APP), Win7 64bit.  GPU identified as Cedar.

"MSG: You are connecting to long poll too fast"

What can I do to correct that?

This is the CFG for this card in Phoenix 2:

kernel = opencl
worksize = 128
vectors = True
vectors4 = False
bfi_int = False
goffset = True
fastloop = False
aggression = 4

EDIT:  This cleared up after a few hours.  All miners and happy now and not throwing the long poll error.  This must have been a temporary Deepbit server issue I suppose?

I'm having the same problem off and on today.  Shutting down the miner and restarting it will solve the issue temporarily.  My hash rate today is about a third less than normal.  The other error I've been seeing states that the server gave old work, ignoring.

The issue about "old work" is already fixed, sorry about that.

As for the "reconnecting too fast" it looks like a miner's bug. It probably reconnects to long polling address too many times in a row.

Thanks Tycho.  Since the "old work" issue was fixed I'm not seeing the long poll errors any more.  But I'll post in the Phoenix 2 forum and see if that can be fixed or if that was just an issue related to the old work thing.

Hi there all together,

is the payment still stuck ?
Ordered my payment about 36 hours ago.
Still normal, and normal that transaction is not known ?

Thanks for giving me hints about this curiousity.

BTW: What you could try is sending [Tycho] the worker name and password, which you DO have apparently - along with the number of BTC that has been mined, and the address for retrieval. Theoretically, this should be data that no-one else should be able to provide, and it's up to [Tycho] to decide if that will suffice.
Well, things are a bit more complicated. E-mail confirmation for bitcoin address change is there to protect against "hackers" who already have access to the account and now want to steal the money. So they know everything that is shown on the web interface - like balance amount, payments history, worker names and so on.

The only way to check is to ask about the things that are NOT shown there, but may be known to the real owner.

Well, i can say FUCK YOU Tycho. He doesn't respond me about things i have sayed to him(like IP, that i have used for creating acc, for that when is created acc & etc.). I have traveled 400 miles to go to my mail provider and give me back my address with identity card.  Finally i have confirm the request and send it to another btc address. GUYS, get the fuck out of deepbit, in deepbit there is no such thing as support. No one will respond you to yours questions.

Has deepbit slowed down this week?
proportional payout would be great at >5 blocks per day but is problematic with <1
that leaves pps as the only reasonable option.
Has deepbit looked at dgm stats?  That would remove the possible parasitic gain of running on deepbit proportional for the first 2 hours of a block and if nothing were found then poolhop to the highest pps anywhere which might be ozcoin.

IF deepbit has slowed down, that looks just like the effect of several big miners pool-hopping out of here when the block seemed too long, leaving the smaller miners stranded with a discouragingly long unfinished block.  I'd rather there be some diversity of pools so that nobody has 51%.  What does everyone else think?

I thought ozcoin disabled PPS and were running on only DGM now?

I had a look not that long ago and deepbit seemed like the best bet for a PPS pool

No, I don't see any significant poolhopping that can affect the length of long rounds.

I haven't seen any significant  poolhopping at Deepbit for months.
