Hi apoloo,
I see that you have changed the dates for Pre-ICO and ICO, so it is not in 21.11.2017 anymore, but in January 2018? Am I right? Cause I saw in your bounty thread that you did not correct yet some lines in the code, here are some places where you need to change the dates with the new ones:

Hello. Thanks for info! Yes, you are right! We've change the dates because wed like to launch an MVP before the pre-ICO. Where did you find this? I've changed it everywhere...

Thanks!

Well, I just checked, and it seems there are two links for bounty threads. Is there a problem with my caches or indeed are two different topics? If yes, which one is up to date? Here it is:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2370547

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2414250

The first thread has already 13 pages, while the second it has only 8 pages. Let me know!

I see. Thank you! The problem is, that https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2370547 was locked. I think there was a problem, that one of our managers replied many times in a row with quoting of participants message.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2370547 - updated and functional Bounty thread.

Sorry, did you mean mean to write the other link as being updated and functional? You wrote me about the locked one as being updated and functional Bounty Thread.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Why this project offered referral program, if you believed that Stopthefakes.io that you can build a strong community people in here?
And your interface is simply and user friendly. Isn't, is not necessary to implement this kind of scheme? Thanks Smiley

What program are you talking about? Bounty or affiliate? We surely believe in a strong community, but we also want and ready to reward people for helping us spread the information about our project. Our system is built on the rewards of ordinary people for help in finding violations. Many large corporations are asking to help find fakes, but none of them is ready to pay money for it. We want to change this situation. It seems fair to give remuneration for the work done.

Isn't there an extremely high risk involved of posting false positives to the blockchain because of the monetary incentives? And what if someone is just mistaken and records an infringement which wasn't one? How will dispute resolution work?

Hi. Thank you for your question.

Mode of operation

STAGE 1

  • The Requestor creates a Request by specifying his search query which may include a logo, a brand, signature style elements, etc. The Doer’s task is to find this information.
  • The Requestor adds as much information as possible (what kind of infringements are of interest to him, countries, cities, etc.)
  • The submitted Request goes to Reviewing (if necessary, the moderator asks and/or recommends to provide clarifications or to fill out other fields). The moderator’s work is done in the background and remains invisible to other users.
  • When ready, the Request goes immediately to the Requests catalogue and is made viewable for Doers.
  • The Requestor can indicate the desired number of Alerts by transferring the appropriate amount to the account.

... you can find more information in WP (pages 19-25) here: https://stopthefakes.io/docs/WP_En.pdf

STAGE 3

  • The received Alert is redirected to the preliminary reviewing to check if it contains any prohibited material, such as pornography or graphic violence.
  • When the reviewing stage is over, the Doer’s Alert goes to ‘Request with alerts’. Alerts containing all the details are added to the Request on this page.
  • The Requestor receives an email inviting him or her to consider the new Alert.
  • The Requestor decides on the Alert within a specific time limit.
  • Based on the Requestor’s decision the signal is then assigned one of the three statuses:

1. The Alert is accepted. In this case, the Doer gets remuneration.
2. The Alert is being checked.
3. The Alert has been canceled. In this case, the Doer is not remunerated, and the Requestor must state the reason for declining the Alert by selecting one of the options from the menu and specifying in a text file why the Alert has not been accepted.

Rating system

In our opinion, our main challenge is to deal with low-quality or irrelevant data
provided by Doers. Therefore, we are introducing a rating system to minimize
Reviewing expenses and to improve the quality of Alerts.

Data processing is a costly and arduous process, so we intend to maximize Doers'
involvement. Ratings will not only influence the level of earnings, but they also
gamify the whole process. Introducing a game element incites competitive spirit
and motivates Doers to work more productively.

General principles

  • The Service keeps track of the Doer’ rating and updates it in the online mode
  • The rating system applies to Doers only
  • Doers receive or lose points for specific actions
  • The more points a user has, the higher his position and earnings
  • Both Doers and Requestors can view the rating of any Doer, the number of points he earned and the latest modifications.

...

Does the moderator play any role in evaluating whether an alert or request might be justified or not? Or does the moderator only act according to the rules, whereas the rules, what are they? Are they specified by the decentralized community over time or by you as a service provider?

Moderators only check the sent alerts so that they do not contain spam or illegal content. The decision is made only by the requestors.

Ok but even then I can see a lot of edge cases where it will turn out to be difficult for the moderator to make the right decision. But I assume over time your system will evolve and you can more quickly and accurately decide whether something is spam or not.

You are right. We are planning to automatize some of this processes. We know some solutions which will help.

Would you be willing to discuss those solutions or is that all work in progress at the very beginning?

Yes, of course. We are working on it. Progress at the very beginning. We are working hard on a prototype of our service. If you have any ideas or recommendations, please send it to me. Thank you!

Thanks, I checked the referral program, all looking good. For me it's kind of working idea, it has benefits for me as as users who bring other friends into the platform, but also for a great marketing program.

What will be the practical uses of your project, from where would you like to start?

Let's use an example. The right holder, who produces the products under the trademark, the label, spends millions on advertising and the development of his company. And everything would be fine, but as soon as the label becomes recognizable, there are 10, 100, 1000 smugglers who illegally use the untitled label of the right holder, "glue" it to their low-quality products and sell them. Sell gullible buyers who were: 1. Deceived, 2. Received a fake, 3. Acquired low-quality, and often harmful goods. At the same time, the rights holder suffered reputational damages, as well as material losses! We're here to stop this!

What do you think about this? Waiting for your comments. Thanks

Hello everyone!

Information about the situation with the project.
We switched to a work schedule of 20 hours a day) The previous 16-hour working day seemed to us ineffectual.
A lot of time is spent on the finalization of the prototype of our project, namely the WEB part, which will be used by both the Requestors and the Doers!
At the same time, we are working on a prototype app for Android. The app is only for the Doers!
Expect an excellent service))

Your support, suggestions, comments, and questions are significant to us!
All of them help to make the project better and more useful!

Waiting for your comments. Thanks!
