There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Hi team! We opened the block with comments a few days ago. Several people have already left comments on your ICO page: https://icoholder.com/en/ico/ico-16010. It would be great if you will follow your page and help your potential investors.

Thank you for your information. I have passed it to our marketing team.

There is nothing wrong not reaching a max cap. We have a strategy of covering largest cities first. So we stick to this plan, no matter we are reaching a max cap or not.

Why KYC.legal project can`t be developed using centralized database?

Blockchain prevents fraud and fake verifications by impossibility of faking information once it is recorded

Do you have any competitors?

Yes, we do have some. Civic project, for example. But our privilege is using token as a utility token in our KYC service & decreasing time of verification by real agent - up to 30 mins max
