1) when try to sign in find

why this site need two types of verification (from same kind) and most sites only use one .

2) after register successfully get this error page  please fixed it

The second Captcha (JavaScript required) was implemented only recently, probably because of the bots. As for the second issue, It should be self explanatory. Have you tried to login?
