Sometimes it happens. Big investors try to join the project with a huge advantage due to low price of token.

You have to consider also the low prices in crypto ecosystem, so now a lot of investors avoid to perform riskful operations.

Correct. This happens all the time. Investors are more attracted to cheap price and where they can get more bonus. So dont wonder. I bet cedex will reach 25m to 30m by the end of the main sale.

It's people like you who make KYC a pain in the ass.

Plain down - your KYC procedure sucks!!! How can you make a passport a non-negotiable requirement? A passport is a travel document - not everyone will necessarily have one.
You should allow an investor to upload any acceptable form of identification that is recognized within his/her country. Use a realtime ID verification PaaS/SaaS such as Jumio or Trulioo.

Secondly, why don't you have an ICORating ?

Correct. This happens all the time. Investors are more attracted to cheap price and where they can get more bonus. So dont wonder. I bet cedex will reach 25m to 30m by the end of the main sale.

People fear of dump after ico sale .presale investors get big bonus .30 % is visible bonus .Sure big investors would have got more bonus.so main sale investors would like to buy in exchange after dump

The min for the presale was 500 CEDEX coins.  The price was never 1 eth = 500 coins. The price for the presale was 1 eth = 900 coins plus a 30% bonus.

i see. i think that fellow misunderstood that detail. so in pre sale in one eth investors will get 1170 cedx and that already includes 30% bonus.

I think this project has been successful to 60% and they have enough elements to develop the project. I think the next time CEDEX will have many strategies to attract new investors and will create the most favorable conditions for investors can easily access projects with many attractive prizes for everyone.
