Its getting more fishy by the hour, withdrawals have to be "approved manually" now, put off for 48 hours, for several coins
Reminds me more and more to mintpal, crapsy ... as if they simply don't have the funds anymore.

Many people lost a fortune, couldn't close margin positions, while trading for other people obviously went on, for whales probably.
I could assume they got squeezed trading against their customers.
I'm not gonna deposit a single coin there anymore, pushing everything to Bittrex.
I never left anything on any exchange since the mintpal disaster.

Heres a keyword analysis of the trollbox
http://rorobo.com/poloniex/search_chat.php?q=withdrawal
I rarely do trades, though I do have a polo account.  Never had a problem with them, but after reading this and other threads...I'm really reluctant to use them.  We've seen so many exchanges turn out to be scams that it's difficult to trust any of them.  OP, I do hope their customer service people get back to you.  They currently have a good reputation and seem to be solid (complaints on this forum notwithstanding), so you should get your BURST back.  Goodspeed, my friend.

If this is legit, I am sorry for your loss, please contact support @ Polo.  BUT....newbie account?  Loss claims?  I've traded on Polo since it started and have NEVER had a problem.

And yet your account here is 1 month old ?  Cheesy

Yeah contact support, as much as you want to hate them for their problems they won't start stealing your coins for no reason, that would kill the site in record time.

As long as you contact them there is pretty much zero chance you will get screwed over.

WOW another ultra super noob telling us all how it is  Cheesy

and yet more of them.. such as user "ppc.pt"

I find it odd there is an army of noob accounts quick to run here and say this is "FUD"  Roll Eyes

Anyway..
This will get moved even though mod's here are a bit lenient..
There is a service discussion section guys.
If you looked there you may find 100 topics like this..

Sometimes i report topics for being in the wrong section but i think some deserve a bit of exposure.
At least at first..
This will almost for sure get moved out of ALT main though guys.

And i have not used Polo in a year or two so i have no idea what is going on.
Good luck.. don't use them as a bank Wink

FUD first & ask questions later™

"The stop-limit issue has been resolved. We're in the process of crediting stuck/missing balances that resulted from the issue."

My coins are back. Lost ~25% meanwhile..meh. Still better than nothing. But this was really creepy.

It looks like they instrumentalized the method.
They claim DDOS and call margins on auto liquidated positions.
What a scam! They had all the time in the world to fix their system.
Happens regularly now after bull runs, mainly on XRP.
Anybody still trading there doesn't deserve much pity.

Hi,

Yesterday Polo had a super big lag (think ~2-4pm CET), then trading start working again, all looked.."ok'ish", my coins were still there. But when i logged in again ~1 hour later, my BURST coins were just-gone. Nothing in the transaction history, nothing in withdrawl history. Which is good i think, at least it does not look like "my account was hacked". According to the trollbox, i'm not the only one affected, from what i got it looks like "a random bunch of users lost a random bunch of coins in different currencies", but it sounds like its always "all coins gone" or nothing.

Anyone else affected? Not that it helps in bringing the coins back, but as Polo-Mangement is super quite about this (only announcement was "we are under heavy DDOS atm" on twitter), i would like the have a feeling if its "just me + handful of people from the trollbox" or much-more users.

change exchanger if you still experience the problem the transaction here is so easy so if you experience a problem that is so hard that's the difference in easy and hard here in crypto like the example of your problem in poloniex for me that is good exchanger but base on your story you need to change your exchanger now because of that kind problem your coins gone like scam so the answer in that is none.
