I wanted to develop mining pool.

I am software engineer and have experience in back-end, database and cloud service management.

Is someone know where to start?

Many thanks.

It's all open-source, with your credentials just download and study it.

Can anybody do your work for you - No. Sorry.

You need to learn code if you are going to have a mining pool.

I did not mean that, I want to code it myself too. I am asking for resources to understand it easily instead of reading ready-made project codes.

Try this: https://github.com/MPOS/php-mpos/wiki/Quick-Start-Guide
I using MPOS a few years ago. am using my own pool for solo mining. Rent hashrate from nicehash/westhast and point it to my own pool with some specific coin that I have been calculated that profitability. Good Luck!
