I think all of us who got scammed should pool whatever is left and create a bounty for the heads of these people including connected to Oasis mining which is also a scam.

Anyone whose recent trades were changed without their permission has a legal claim now. The business model was a ponzi and not much can be done but when they reset trades because they were in your favor that is theft. Similar to when you buy something for an advertised price and then the merchant tells you the price is doubled at the register. You cannot change an agreed upon contract and that is exactly what a trade is on an exchange. That is unless they are illegally operating an exchange with an intent to do harm and commit fraud. This argument would hold up in a world court. This company is quite different than a Bitconnect.
