The actual schedule and rules we will announce a few days before the competition.

We keep studying and trying how to let our chatbots provide services in a supergroup or a channel.
It is possible but with a really bad user experience.
For now, we don't have an ideal way to work it out.

But Telegram Messenger is always keeping adding new features very quickly, we hope it can support we practice this soon.
In the meantime, we focus on developing new games and trying do multiplayer games through pm mode.
