ViaBTC works if you try to accelerate exactly after hour, in the first second. An atomic clock helps since too many people use that service.
Another idea is to search for the people that offer to accelerate transactions, some do it for free or a tip.

Electrum shows that I "have" my BTC, but transaction labeled as unconfirmed. And by the way I've used CPFP.
