PCI Express Riser/Extender

I've got three cards but the third one can't sit in the slot properly regardless of the case I have so the solution I'm looking at is going with an extender/riser. Have you guys used these? which one is easier to work with inside a case? Ideally I'd like to have a situation where everything is mounted well enough to have a moveable system.
