- So apparently Private Whitelist is now closed. Was there a minimum contribution amount for that whitelist or was it open to first come first serve?
- What is the max individual cap in the upcoming sale?
- Are there any measures taken to avoid gas war e.g. gas cap, individual max caps, allocating tokens according to when they were sent not received etc.?

-  The minimum contribution for our private whitelist was 0.01 ETH, 0.001 BTC and 0.005 BCH.  We employed a lottery process for this round given the demand we experienced (1500 registered and 3.3x our max cap of $3M)
-  To enable access and distribution to as many contributors as possible, we have enabled the following in the smart contract:
    - Whale Protection at 50ETH max contribution
    - Gas protection at 50 GWEI max contribution

Hi Lauren!

The bounty campaign will continue through the end of our crowdsale in February.  I also believe that this helps explain the distribution and lockup periods:

Private Whitelist (Ended):  Tokens purchased from our private whitelist will be distributed before the February crowdsale. 

February Mainsale (Upcoming):  Tokens purchased during the main crowdsale will be distributed automatically / immediately via our smart contract via our crowdsale smart contract. The distribution of tokens will take place almost instantly, again dependent upon connection speed, congestion of the network.

Bounty Campaign Participants:  Tokens distributions will occur on a quarterly basis up to 1 year.

Employees and Advisors:  We treat tokens for our employees and advisors similar to stock options.  They carry a 5 year vesting schedule with annual distributions for every award.

Explain, please, what does bounty company members mean to be paid quarterly within 1 year? That is, some participants (for example, company signatures) will be able to receive their reward only in a year? It sounds a bit strange ...

Hi Aresha.  As mentioned in the instructions and notes of our bounty details.

Following the crowdsale, stake data will be distributed in accordance to the following schedule:

First quarter after end of crowdsale - 25%
Second quarter after end of crowdsale - 25%
Third quarter after end of crowdsale - 25%
Fourth quarter after end of crowdsale - 25%

This payout system has been devised to help protect the value of COIN by preventing mass selling once COIN is listed on exchanges.  This also ensures bounty participants have ample opportunity to observe the execution and performance of the company during the first year.

I am really upset of this price inestability when almost every token hits the exchange, because of these bounty hunter/dumpers...
I am a strong believe in COinvest potential and also a bounty hunter.. Limiting the reward is a great decision, although i think this should be handled not that way. Better distributing the tokens, but blocking their transfers to a different adress, so the tokens can't be sold...

Unfortunately, we can not confirm or speculate what exchanges COIN will be listed upon due to legal NDA's.  However, we have relationships with large US based exchanges that will we believe will be beneficial to our business in the future.  COIN is expected to be listed on Exchanges in March.

Our full Beta is planned to be launched before our crowdsale. We have developed our MVP token and smart contracts which are available on GitHub at:  https://github.com/CoinvestHQ/COIN
Our Ropsten test network Investment contract address is: 0x2e6d78558b6287f0f3fadc4814550f55234aac2f.  

You are free to test all functions by interacting directly with our smart contract.  We expect to complete our end-to-end MVP soon which includes our web front-end so that users can test the product through our user-friendly interface instead of having to use an ABI / JSON interface.

Yes, I think the same, Coinvest is a great business lead by an experienced team! I'm glad I registered for ICO, and, in my opinion, I believe they will reach the hardcap in less than a mounth! Btw Coinvest ICO starts on February 16th

Are you referring to unlocking of tokens?  If so, our COIN tokens are distributed and unlocked and distributed immediately via our smart contract upon purchase on February 16th.
