We are looking to invest in a mining farm in UK using ASICS - Avalon 741's up to 400 T/hs for Bitcoin

Original idea was to join a Pool like Slush. Not sure whether to go down this route or try and mine on our own.
What does the Forum think about that and the timing of this investment?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. EWallets are like banks -- a central organization has complete control over your money. You shouldn't put much money in EWallets.

Joining a pool would be good.
400 TH/s is not a big number for BTC when there are 10k-15k PH powers around.
