I think what is happening is completely normal. Now after Segwit2x cancellation everything has back to normal and all of us know that these fluctuations are inevitable. One day bitcoin price rises and another day drops. We have experienced these price falls several times. In long-term the price will definitely rise.

lets talk about something that is very easy to understand about the meaning of 'crash'.
for example :
you're riding your helicopter and then your helicopter engine burned,
right now you're in the sky but because of that problem your helicoper did not work and crashing down.
the question is,can you use it again after that crash ? no,right ?
because crash mean something that totally destroyed.

it's not crash but instead it's a correction,
in my opinion it's plausible to see $4000 more or less,because we made our move in that level.
at least we will touch it at the moment and then stabilize ourself around $5000~$6000

Price goes up, crashes, goes a bit higher, crashes again, goes even higher, and could crash even deeper and continues. Nothing new, only the all time highs. To those who panic, just believe in bitcoin's future and sleep well.

I am little worried about this price drops because currently i am holding some bitcoins i expect the bitcoin will hit $ 10000 in the january 2018 but the price is decreased $ 1000 in a week,i am confused what gonna happen will it continue to fall or will recover soon.

Only a transient decline since all the ALT rose yesterday,it's now the BTC 6818usd price but this is only a small temporary correction occurring.It looks like there is a whale that switch to ALT yesterday I think it will not last long dude,don't panic take your attitude.

yet to be seen if this is a crash. A crash would fall close to the $5000 base before springing back up. Right now at high 6000s its just a normal correction from people moving back into altcoins. I'd expect maybe a stabilization of the price in the 6000s or low 7000s before starting another boom in a few weeks towards $9/10k.

Correction 30-40% is normal and it is too early to speek about it. May be tomorrow bitcoin will restore its position or even go into growth.

this is not a crash. This is the normal vibration of bitcoin. when prices rise too fast and too high in the short term there will be times like this price adjustment. trader target profit so the number of Bitcoin sold out many lead to a reduced price. We were too familiar with it

Although $5000 value isn't really that low I wish it will not go that far, and we can really see that the price of bitcoin really stay in the $6800 this time, well if this price doesn't go down tomorrow I think this can be a safe zone for the price of bitcoin, let's just hope it is because I really want us to get to the $8000 by the end of November and would pinpoint the $9000 by next year.

It isn't. Bitcoin was only $1000 in January, so it's done extremely well.

It would be nice to have a period of consolidation where bitcoin moves sideways for a few months. We've had enough drama to last a lifetime, and it needs to establish a floor for the price before it makes it's next move up.

You are too quick to judge and call it a crash, $6800 is still a good price imho. I think you have too much expectations on the price and that it very wrong. And sooner or later a price correction is needed because the price is really going up really fast and that is not sustainable in the long term.

And when segwit officially cancelled, its only logical that correction is then coming. But is not a crash that you are talking about. If is going to crash then we should be seeing a huge drop but we didn't and I consider 6800$ a strong price. Are you not satisfied with 6800$ though?

Exactly. A crash would test $5000 base, just like the crash from $5000 tested the $3000 base. Now it could still drop more. But seeing as how this is just a correction from people moving back into altcoins since the fork was cancelled, it will likely not turn into a crash and is instead just a correction that will consolidate somewhere in the 6000s before hitting new ATH in the 8000s and 9000s by end of the year, maybe even taking a run at $10k next month.

If we consider in past 2 days from 7800$ rise the market has today fallen over 1000$ and is trading at 6700$ below. Is it a big crash coming as fork got cancelled and then went high and then started to fall. Ideally it should bounce back but just need to see if there is any demand in the market.

Yeah you are right.  Bitcoin already dump around 6900$ and now 1 Bitcoin equals 6828.06 US Dollar. Possible to go down more but i Always believe in bitcoin and i think bitcoin able to recover its price within 1 month and  obviously can hit 10k dollsr or more in the next few months

I hope bitcoin price will not down at 5000 dollars because I want to see bitcoin price increase not to decrease.
But we don't know what actually happen to bitcoin maybe it will increase the price again or it will decrease more.
For sure many people as of now want bitcoin price decrease because they want to buy bitcoin with cheap price.
