Ok has anyone had any work done by these people? I recommend to not use them for anything they shipped me back my defective hash board untouched they had it for at least three weeks and told me it was fixed. Whats the fucking point of your business? What a waste of time.

I've had 2 s7 and 3 s9 hash boards repaired/replaced by them and all worked/continue to work perfectly. Don't know what happened with yours but - I assume you are talking to them about it right?

They are very unorganized, and from looking up the reviews, I've seen a lot of complaints about them just losing peoples hash boards. I asked them over and over again what was fixed on my hash board and not one of them could answer it. It would be helpful too if they did any order updates or maybe left a note on what was fixed. It seems like they dont give a shit about anything.

lol, I said they returned my board untouched they didn't fix a thing now the only good part is they didn't charge me because I waited patiently but the fact of the matter is why did I waste my time to send it to them if they didn't touch it?

I do not think anyone should buy any Bitmain product anymore. By the time they ship and we start to mine the difficulty rate and others go so far that you can hardly make any money. The only peoples that are making money is the Bitmain people. Its better to buy them direct and use your intuitions. Stop making Bitmain rich with your mistakes.

maybe they couldn't fix it, which is probably the case since they did not charge you anything, apart from shipping.
you can still sell dead boards and get some cash for them (probably not much, though).
