You don't need to give more BTC. The point of a faucet on a gambling site is so that new players can try the game before depositing. I think 5 bits when you register is enough, or you could do something like giving people 2 bits for free every X minutes for filling out a captcha. If you give an amount too high you'll have people abusing the faucet, which you don't want. Some sites like bustabit don't even have a faucet.

The people who protest are almost always the faucet farmers who don't have any intention to deposit, and just want to abuse the faucet to try to make money. I wouldn't bother catering to them. I agree with you in that 5 bits is enough, or maybe increase it slightly so that you get 5 bits 2 times, once when you join, and once when you request it. Some people might get confused when they first play and might want some more once they understand it better.

Currently and so it will be reflected in provably fair, once the game is started by clicking on the New Game button, each level will be drawn according to the following proportions:
Levels 1 to 5 = 50% (Random winner between 0-1)
Levels 6 and 7 = 33.33% (Random winner between 0, 1, 2)

are you for real? using coinbase accounts for catering a gambling site?
have you read their TOC? they state implicitly that they reserve the right to close your account(s)
and also seize all the funds if you are found to be using coinbase for gambling
