I can't understand why don't you place the hardcap clearly at ETH or USD to your site and to the announce thread? It annoys when you should make many calculations just to get the hard cap. BTW what is your softcap?

When you want to buy tokens you must register and get your personal login. Then you can buy tokens for ETH and even get a discount.
Now the discounts are available only for big investors as 30% off will be given to those who get tokens for 830 ETH. No discount is for those, who pay 70 and less.
Will smaller investors have some other benefits either?

With a smaller amount than 70ETH you can go after the pre-sale. Then the minimum per person will be 0,1ETH, but there is no guarantee that the price of the token will remain the same. Pre-Sale guarantees a fixed cost of the token 1000UTT=2ETH.

I am also interested in the same information. The project is new, and although I do believe in its future, it is still risky investing too much. So better for  small fishes and dolphins just to wait main ICO.

Tokens with high probability will end before the main phase of the SALE. They can be bought on the exchange at a higher price than on a PRE-SALE.

If the phase of SALE begins, then we will set a very low limit on the deal for a single person.

So it better to join on PRE-SALE.

Warning! By the moment of the Pre-sale term expiration (30.11.2017 05:59 GMT), overall amount of payments must be no less than 70 ETH. Otherwise, your funds will be routed to the end of the queue for the tokens purchasing within the main Token sale.

Does this mean that I can't be sure that I'll take part at the tokensale if I want to invest less than 70 ETH?

I thought that 70 ETH is minimum cap to get discount only. It's really pity because I suppose there will nothing remains for ICO due to very high level of this project. I wonder to get official reply anyway.
