What do you think about an idea to open a new cryptocurrency exchange

Just wondering will you guys use new exchange if there will be lower rate than on other platforms?
As well as which one do you prefer fiat to crypto or crypto to crypto or both together?

Reason that I am asking that we have in mind to develop new exchange with better UX/UI performance and usability, margin trading as well as with lower fee and better anonymity.

At beta test we will going to provide some amount of money to beta testers for trading.

Is a very good idea, but I would like you to add things different from the other exchange, for example you could add things like:

phone, that's right. you would add a phone to solve more serious problems, problems like disable account with more than $10.000

Add physical office with many employees able to offer service to high quality support tickets


if you do, your exchange would easily become the number one

There are a lot of cryptocurrency exchanges already, not saying you are wasting your time but you will need a really really good UI/UX to make a difference with others. Because the main thing is what are you able to bring different than others don't have or how you can do it better.
And I think there is a lot to do to reach this point.

Personally, I prefer fiat to crypto and crypto to crypto as well together.
I believe that if you plan to deal with allowing members to add fiats to buy cryptos you will have soon or later no choice to request a verification ID from them, especially when dealing with banks.

Guys thanks for good wishes!

Of course the support will be on top priority, because all businesses and good products are developed on user experience, so as much user will feel comfortable when using the service as service will rise.


About user experience should be honest and say that there are some good looking exchanges like CEX.IO and so, but unfortunately there isn't any good exchange with all high level services like fiat to crypto and crypto to crypto with better support. For example I couldn't verify my identity on CEX.IO, because they don't accept non-Latin documents, but I am living in non-English speaking country where there isn't any problem with crypto world (I am from Armenia!).
So I send them document translated by notary, but they have not accepted it, instead I used Coinmama were I could easly get in touch with support, though there I don't trade directly with other community members.

Anyway any good product should have some little amount of investment, I don't think that exchange will need huge amount of money (I think 30K-40K is enough), especially that I want to build good service.

Between the exchange that I was working on (I was front end developer:)) is liqui.io,not trying to do any advertisement.

Between what do you think guys about merchant services for online stores with cryptocurrencies?  

Like Stripe or PayPal, but BTC or ETH. So user pays with bitcoin and you receive USD on your account (As exchange provider you can use top 10 exchanges which will be provided by system) + little transaction fee.

Interesting. As far as the fee is concerned, many trading sites nowadays have higher fees and in fact, seeing one with a lower rate, with a good number of trading assets, is rare. So having another exchange with much lesser fees will be great. Additionally, seeing one with a support assistance service for new traders is also something to look forward to, so I hope you can add it to the features of your exchange.

Btw, I'm curious: What fiat are you thinking of adding to your platform, if ever the platform you want to create is a fiat-to-crypto exchange? I hope it's not only USD, Euro, Yen, CNY, and GBP, but other currencies as well.

Just exchange service will be relevant always. Those exchangers which are now don't cover that demand which exists. Even if exchangers will double on number all the same they won't cope with a flow of applications. The cool idea to change all popular cryptocurrencies of ripple, neo, xcash, ltc, btc, stratis et

Crypto to crypto is enough. I also hope that you will not include verification process because I feel that whenever I submit my documents, I feel like I already risk my personal information to hackers. And please tell me if you  are talking about lower rate of withdrawal fees because that is the best thing I want in an exchange site.

Because I know how much these exchanges earn and what are their support level I am shocked, they could provide more guys for support, as well as mostly they don't cover whole question of users and providing answers like government doing in most of countries 

About fiat money I would add USD, EUR, RUB, GBP firstly and few others after some time, because project can't stack in one place and should move forward with providing new features, so during some time there will be a no little amount of fiats.

As developer and CTO of other fintech non-crypto startup I can say that programming parts are not hardest part, but most hardest is marketing, I should find some good guys who can do advertisement, as well as good security guys.

I think its both and I want to add lower fees in transaction charges must low than the other digital currency.I want to look forward to those hackers cannot found my information so thats its cannot risky and being comfortable to cannot hack my own account.

There are many crypto exchange already and if you have lower fees and better UI then it is better but I think many would use your exchange if the users can easily reach you. There may be some people who have significant funds willing to put it in your exchange as long as they are assured they can easily reach you in case there are problems. One of the edge you would have over others nowadays would be fees and customer service. If you are ahead of others regarding this two then sooner or later, you would be known and on your way to the top.

Creating a secured website specialized in crypto trading is a tough job. But If the exchange website you will create will include better services and lower fees then you have a chance to succeed and be a real competitor in the exchange market.
Yet, users have to trust you before they start using your services.
I think the hardest part will be advertisement and how to convince people to use your website.

There is nothing wrong with setting up an exchange site but I would support the fiat to crypto compared to crypto to crypto because the latter has been saturated already but with fiat to crypto you can  expand its availability to several other coins because the ones currently available that I know is limited to only bitcoin and ethereum.


Also, since you are already involved then you are in the know that it won't be easy penetrating because the market is saturated and carving a niche out for yourself might take a little more hardwork but with time and proper management of community and clients relations, you can get there.

Same suggestion because these features or things are rarely present on some existing exchanges as of now and if people would see that you do have physical office then you would really able to gain trust in no time. Who doesnt like lower fees? No one for sure which people would really choose up to those who charge lower and also the thing you should really focus on is the security of such exchange because this is the main thing on most trader or investors would see if the site is capable or can resist attacks.

From your point of view it would be very interesting to start you guys to start your own exchange because, if you manage to attract enough volume, you will be able to make a lot of money off fees. And that's exactly what's the hard part, attracting volume. Sure your exchange can have a very good design but there are plenty of older exchanges that are more established than you will ever be. Therefore I feel liek you are a little bit late to the party. However you can try to become a low volume exchange and list some small ICO coins that aren't listed on the major exchanges yet. That could work.

Opening a crypto to fiat and vice-versa can get you the good trading volume. Already a lot of big as well as local C -to-C exchanges are there....so you will need a lot of advertising to get volume for it. Where as fiat to crypto will automatically get you the volume as the density is less and scope is large as new users are adding day by day in crypto-market plus more the no. of coin you have more investors will be attracted. Keep transaction fees low and  focus on increasing trade volume as it will give you stable and long term growth.
