Hi All

I purchased (tried to purchase) an Antminer L3+ using BCC direct from my Bittrex account.

https://www.blocktrail.com/BCC/address/1Kt1QmNFfjsMQy9dDmFmsVoYb5a7vbzctn/transactions

I purchased on the 11th !!!! 100% correct address and it has left Bittrex ?

It still shows as 'paying' on Bitmain site ?

Anyone help ?

Thanks

Did you pay 2.68956072 BCH on 2017 November 9?

If so, then the payment is complete.  You will need to contact Bitmain and complain to them.  The BCH was received in the address that you sent it to, and then sent on to some other address (perhaps Bitmain's cold storage?)

Note that there is a possibility that you accidentally sent to the wrong address.  That you pasted some address that you got from somewhere other than Bitmain.  In that case, there is nothing that Bitmain can do to help you.  You would need to figure out where you actually got that address from, and contact that person/company to get it sent back to you.

Sorry. I didn't explain that very well.  I've gone back and edited my post.

The BCH were received at the address that you sent them to.  After that, they were moved somewhere else.  So, if you actually got that BCH address from Bitmain, then they have received your BCH and then moved them.  If you did not get that address from Bitmain, then someone else has received and moved the BCH.
