Yenten, Magi, Credits, and ROIcoin are all CPU-only. Right now Yenten is the most profitable for me, but most of these are new coins and you will have to watch the markets to determine the best one to mine. If you have a pretty good CPU you may be able to mine cryptonight coins profitably but unless you also have a decent GPU it probably won't be worth it.

You can mine Sikka, IRD or B2bCoin, both are cryptonote and can be mined with CPU

Hi. The best coin to mine with CPU is YenTen Coin / YTN for sure.

Verium Reserve is designed to be mined by CPU only.  The Verium windows wallet has a built in miner so it's just one click mining.

Cryptonote is NOT the best algo to CPU mine, since there is also gpu miners.

Like monsato, I also find VRM (Verium) to be the most profitable CPU coin to mine, probably the most CPU specific algo as it is very memory intensive, so you can't get anything from a GPU.

On my old single xeon desktop, i get around 0.5 VRM daily (1 to 1.5 usd depending on the market price, but i am obviously holding this :p)

There are many altcoin can be mine using cpu but just consider the life of your cpu when you start to mine., you need to build high quality parts to make your mining profitable and will run for long period of time.

Agree with you mate, before i used to mine this coin and i get good amount of income but when i see my computer heated too much i stop to mine using cpu. Now i am planning to buy much better mining equipment together with my friend.

I am familar with Magi but for Yenten, its new to me. Where is the exchanges for this coin?

I think this is a good suggestion. I have several POS coins before and its rewarding too but sold already all of them. Now I am holding  POS Token, its an ethereum based token that is staking  in your wallet. Its  cool.

Credits(CRDS) can only be mined with a CPU. No GPU's, no ASIC's. Also has masternodes for long term growth. https://crds.co

I’m a big Yenten fan atm. I don’t think it’s easy to buy right now but that’s what I would mine.

I'm currently mining Soldo that has a built in lottery system. It has no GUI wallet and there is no exchange for it yet.

There is also BiblePay, where you mine it from the QT wallet and is trading at C-CEX and coinsmarket.com.

How many coins like Verium offer an easy to use in wallet mining feature and is it better to solo or pool mine these with your CPU?

I would have to agree that Proof-of-Stake coins or tokens that offer a decent ROI would probably be a better option

Hmm, you are right. Staking is sort of CPU mining. I never bothered with staking but I might try it now. Anyone knows a POS coin worth of staking?

You can try mining Iridium. Fill up the bag while the low difficulty last,  still 9 months left. Their recent wallet also integrates a cpu miner. Here is the ann

if indeed your statement is true .. please tell the way or specification is clear .. because if the cpu is damaged, then the loss will be in the responsibility.

There is a new coin called Hadron, which allows you to mine from a browser or even from your phone. It is really CPU / GPU friendly, since I hardly noticed any change in temperature while mining.

You can find more about it on Hadron Ann thread.
