Bitcoin cash is actually a hard fork introduced by a group to give a hard competition to bitcoin, but truly its not a scam, it is a digital currency trying to make its way smooth to success and will try hard to take the throne from bitcoin, but my personal opinion is that it would not be able to replace bitcoin because bitcoin is more promising and is providing good chances to the investors
