Regarding buying a wool blanket:  Ill pay for it if you need one- but please work with a volunteer here who will set it up to ship for you and then I will reimburse the volunteer with the bbp.  (It may be best to ship it to a friend while you help us investigate the intricacies of locker shipping.  We can guinea pig a smaller test item to a locker, like our NKJV bible).

I agree. Very kind offer for the blanket brother. But it wont fit in the locker

Yes for history sake the first item would have to be a Bible Duh. Though I have so many. Id settle for this smaller item

https://www.amazon.com/Super-Giant-Print-Dictionary-Concordance/dp/0805494928/

Reading the full details. I think all that is required for actual pick up is an email address. So contact info could be Mr Potatoe and Locker street address, and contact email.

Then amazon emails me the pin number.

There are no id requirements.

Thats OK we dont want to ship you a bible if you already have too many, and Im not entirely sure how many people will buy that more expensive bible, so please, just come up with another productID that is useful that fits in a locker, and we can test it with that.

Regarding the e-mail, Im not sure the user is going to be providing an email.  We can have our volunteer attempt to buy you this other product and see what happens each step of the way.  Maybe we can put a secret code in some part of our AWS process, but right now, the e-mail is not part of that process at all.  I would like to know if the recipient name can be used when picking it up with the tracking # only.  Our user wont be receiving a pin in the email or any email from biblepay.  They will have some order info and a tracking # in their RPC console though.

I think the way it works is

- Someone places an order on amazon
- In shipping, they select the locker
- Amazon ships the item to locker
- Amazon emails customer a pin code.
- Customer enters code at locker to open it.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201910660

https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_left_v4_sib?ie=UTF8&nodeId=202052120

So the system would have to trigger this on the Amazon side

I won't start a pool as I prefer to have more time to focus on other things  Smiley. Even if I started one, I think Aikida (or anyone else for that matter) could start one anyway!

That's perfect timing. I just woke up and noticed that the mn payments were working. Yes!

@zthomasz Trading is still enabled. You would probably need to already have funds there (or transfer them soon) though if everything is going down.

My wallet synch but im not getting hashrate, I stopped getting... few hours ago. need help i am mining tru official mining pool. Thanks in advance.

Try stopping the wallet, reindexing, then restarting

Thanks for help! how can i do that im using windows im trying to search how to do that in this thread but hard to find, a lot of pages. Can i do it using the console window? sorry still new to this. thanks again.

I'm not sure since I don't use Windows.
If you are using the gui wallet I will guess that it is something like this:

In the menu-bar at the top try going to

"Tools"
"Wallet repair"

Then click the
"rebuild index" button

That is what it is in the Linux gui, hopefully it is similar in Windows

Im receiving hashrate again. thanks for your help.

Play a game while earning bitcoin https://satoshilabs.net/?r=4825 pm me for a guide tho actually it is easy it has game FAQ.

Togo, they never listed us @ masternodes.online, maybe they are waiting for payment.

Quick update on the orphan letter writing feature:

Some people have been scamming the system.  They created a househould full of logins, one member of the household writes a letter then the rest of them upvote it from different usernames.  To combat this I have added more detection features to reject more than one vote from the same account, or related account.

Another problem I found is some people are using canned messages, they just copy and paste the same message with a different name.  I dont necessarily mind this, but at least try to make the letter thoughtful.  Not "Hi Sweetie, you are so cute," with no real substance.  So please try to downvote these if they are tacky and not from the heart.

I incremented the minimum vote threshhold to be net 10 instead of +7.  Net 10 meaning 10 net Yes's when accounting for downvotes.

Someone on here also started a message "Hey Kid, " and it was just one line long and had an upvote.  First of all, dont write to children that way.  Second, we shouldnt be upvoting it.  I deleted the message.

Next I made the list filter by 45 days back (instead of all time) to limit the weblist size.

Now that the list has been cleaned we need 15 or so letters written so please consider writing a letter.

I'm thinking about writing a proposal but as a MN owner, I don't want the community to think its a money grab.  The one issue I see with my proposed idea is a lack of notification that would be required.

My idea is this, all letters must be upvoted to +7 on the site, then they go to a panel of 3 MN owners selected randomly each month.  Once per week they each get to up or down vote secretly each +7 letter.  If all three agree (0-3 or 3-0), the letter is approved or rejected depending on the vote and each of the three MN gets paid 5 or 10 BBP per letter.  If they split 2-1 or 1-2, the letter is still approved or rejected but there is no reward.   If no votes are cast during the voting week, that MN is replaced on the panel for the remainder of that term and is banned from selection again for 1 cycle (and escalating for each successive panel ban).  That way, those MN not interested in participating won't be hassled with it after a time, and those that provide a service will be very modestly compensated.  But it provides more oversight without significant burden.

This is imo, the real reason cryptos are going Up:

https://www.rt.com/business/413502-yuan-crude-futures-christmas/

This is huge, this is the thing that backs the dollar.  If oil is traded in Yuan, the dollar will not have such a strong peg to oil on the nymex.

Simulated portfolio for 2018:

Long BiblePay
Short Dollar Dec 2018 futures
Long Bitcoin futures
Long SPX
Long REIT

I like masternodes.online better, easier to use even though masternodes.pro was the first site I used of the two.  The .pro site has much better search engine ratings, .online is better laid out and easier to use.  But 1/8th BTC seems way out of line, probably made sense when BTC was $4K, not so much pushing $20K.

Why are 6 pair of socks $54 at the store?
thats $9 for a pair of socks

The blanket is $63.90

Bug in calculator?

How can this help the poor with 125% markup?

https://i.imgur.com/pZmyHz8.png

Please explain this? A bug? A feature? How is this christian charity?

I believe these were added for donation to the homeless. Perhaps giving them cheap cotton socks is counterproductive. Quality counts when trying to keep warm on the streets

I'm having trouble syncing the wallet for two days now.

It is showing 44 hours behind and with the message "No block source available" even though I have active connections.

The log is showing bunch of:
Misbehaving: SOME_IP:40000 (0 -> 1)
Misbehaving: SOME_OTHER_IP:40000 (1 -> 2)
....

Any suggestions on how to solve this?
