These were the changes:
+ the form was open before time; we've decided to issue 50 000 additional coins to those users.
+ we've increased the number of coins airdropped to 200 000 instead of 100 000
+and so the total amount of coins available turned out to be 250 000.
+ we've issued a notice at Twitter that those who have applied before the airdrop officially began can
apply again. To receive the airdrop twice.

Example:
I.e a Hero applied for airdrop before it officially began. He was lucky to be in the additional 50 000 bonus so he got his 100 GNCs.
Then he could apply again (i.e now - the form is still open) to receive 200 in total.

Even if were are way over the supply, there's such a ton of overuse attempts that we might cut the number of valid entries by half.
So you might still give it a try:)

In the beginning of February once the network of full-nodes is operation; we'll be traveling to a have a talk with a couple of universities in Africa, so they could have their word on how we could deploy the low-cost infrastructure in rural areas.
