   沙特阿拉伯政府周四下令该国公民立即撤离黎巴嫩，长期成为沙特和伊朗交锋之地的黎巴嫩区域危机为之升级。沙特外交部在张贴于其Twitter帐号的一份声明中称，鉴于黎巴嫩当前情势，沙特要求其公民尽快撤离黎巴嫩。不到一周之前，黎巴嫩首相Saad Hariri在沙特宣布辞职，称伊朗和其黎巴嫩傀儡——什叶派政治和武装组织真主党在该区扮演了毁灭性角色。

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
