Mining Crypto's Project

Hey,
I am a senior at an IB school in Italy. I was asked to bring up a project to develop the school and create profit in a sustainable manner. The idea is to make an investment for solar panels on the roof to sustain a room of anti miners maybe s9. The panels could be reused in the long run to reduce the school's electricity cost while the daily income of the miners could go to fund medical research and give primary education to children around the world. The point is that I am unsure of what to mine and how this would come along.
What do you guys think?
