  I Have a Feather coin wallet from 2013 and it will not connect to any network.  Anyone know how to fix this?

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Try to differ settings. Use the wallet with proxy and out of it. If it wouldn’t help then try to install Android version of wallet. Some users say this can solve the problems. Of course this isn’t complete solution but for the first time you will get access to wallet.
