I'm so sad right now that I just got $40 stolen from me. Apparently mtgox fails at life and forgot to fix the LR success page, now I'm $40 short.

Like, idk what do now Cry.

Yup, just send a copy of these pictures without the dialogue to them via email.

I agree, quirks like this are annoying. But, they did just have to completely redesign their site.. these things happen.  At least hopefully now it is more secure.

At any rate, as long as your claim is valid, I'm sure they will straighten it out.

I had an issue with my account following the security breech, submitted my ticket, waited 3 days, and received a reply that it was taken care of, and it was resolved to my satisfaction.

This was all done through their support.mtgox.com service, I did not have to send any personal mail, etc.

Your not the only one who has stated they are having issues, no doubt MTGox is still backlogged with tickets. Although if your ticket was closed, you might want to send magicaltux a PM with your specifics.

Lol.  I've opened a support ticket 3 times to get the bitcoins I deposited right after the crash.  NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.  They are sitting on my coins and not answering SHIT.

I'll give them one more day before I move my business elsewhere.

They have had enough time to figure this out.  They have had enough time to review my support ticket.  STILL NOTHING.

I am sick of their shit.

How can you defect when they are holding your assets?  I can't do anything until I get my FUCKING COINS.

And how does this constitute 'stolen'? Are you really trying to say that a technical error is equivalent to theft?

Since when did the hill accept LR?

Since always, AFAIK. Only trouble with them is that they treat LRUSD as a separate market to USD, so the market there is even thinner than their USD one.

If you're still putting your trust in Mt. Gox, you should have expected this to happen. That being said, I've never had a problem with support tickets. They'll get to you eventually.

I'm completely baffled at how badly they screwed up, and even more surprised at how many people go right back to them.

Something doesn't add up here...

When will Mt. Gox hire more people.  Seems like they make a pretty good amount of mula.  At least a few people to respond to emails.  2 guys just don't cut such a big operation.

A very similar Mt Gox bug is also stopping people from ordering on FORBITCOIN.COM.
