    此前有消息称宁波鄞州区叫停互金贷业务，11月9日，宁波市互联网金融清理整顿办公室相关人士回应称，鄞州区是在今年9月份关停了两家涉及利率过高和暴力催讨问题而被投诉较多的现金贷公司。实施关停的主体也并非鄞州区金融办，而是宁波市鄞州区处置非法集资联席会议办公室，该办公室下发的《关于进一步做好互联网金融风险专项整治清理整顿工作的通知》是在今年9月8日下发的，早在趣店风波之前。

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.
