Hi, when I sent an amount of btc to someone, it says "replaceable" then I thought it would only take a couple hours but its a day later. I tried to "increase fees" and it worked but stills says replaceable. And the guy I sent the btc to said he can't see the transaction anymore. The transaction ID is 77ec726f2b600d05075a321a2d96b06364e03e1d7cf7c4297ad8dd4dc6896f6f if anyone can help me that would be great. Im new to btc

You can see the transaction exists, it's just still unconfirmed. Look here: https://blockchain.info/tx/77ec726f2b600d05075a321a2d96b06364e03e1d7cf7c4297ad8dd4dc6896f6f

This is because the Bitcoin network has a significant backlog of transactions right now, so only transactions with very high fees are getting through. You should see your transaction confirmed within the next 2 days by my guess.

But i raised the fee when it says "raise fee" does that not make it a shorter time?

It does, however the network is so incredibly congested right now that it might not make that much of a difference.
