Automatic transfer on MEW

I wanted to know if there was a way to make transactions automatically on MEW from a list of predefined MEW addresses or if it could only be done manually?

As far as I know you can only do it manually. Most of the airdrops distributions take too much time, because of this issue. If there is some kind of script or application then it would take much less time.
By the way, do you plan to perform an airdrop?

all transations i MyEtherWallet is done by manual transactions,
so there is no automatically transactions on MEW

It takes so much time to do the airdrop manually to thousands of address
But some airdrop dev said they manage to make a script to automate it

Yes they use some script to make transactions automate.I saw a few hundreds of transactions took place from the same address at the same time

Myetherwallet not support automatic transfer right now. You can do that though script make by yourself.
