The hardcap in tokens is 135 million for the pre-sale and tokensale phase 1. It is shown on the website as well as in the token allocation (also on the website). Feel free to check it out before posting misinformation. It might clear up your confusion about things if you just pay attention

Regarding the screenshots and the amount of tokens that were sold during pre-sale - that information was in the medium article linked to your friend above, so the criticism of not disclosing the amount of tokens sold doesn't really help your case, as it is untrue. Of course, it helps to prevent the creation of so called "whales" that will control the price of the tokens on the market. Also as this is a platfrom which is completely tokenized - its more healthier for the platform to have a lot of participants on all of sides (advertisers, influencers, community members). And personal caps do exactly that. As we have a lot of interested in the platform community members - we are going to employ the best solution to allow the participation to the most of them.

The $12 is a big hardcap. The results of Pre-ICO - $5.5 is realy very good, but on the ICO there is no so big bonuses. On the Pre-ICO it was a lot of big investors. If people wanted to buy tokens they bought them on Pre-ICO with big bonuses.
