obviusly, those are misconfigured masternodes, but anyway they are providing services to the network, even if the masternodelist shows local ip. i recommend the owners of those Masternodes to fix their IP to Public.    

its not a big deal someone with a misconfigured IP,it happens everytime in all Masternode coins.

Yep, GIRO has 62 MN and good reward for MN yet, dont miss you chance.

Just in your giro.conf set masternodeaddres=127.0.0.1 , and externaladdress=yourexternaladdress, in masternode.conf set your external address , thats all, i dont know why are you so interested in setting 127.0.0.1 as your mn public ip, it make no Difference.

Sorry for the trouble, I have tried your way and try to install wallets on another computer but the results are still the same. I can't get the GIRO sent from bigmin.org and I saw this pool remove your coin.
