Most iPhone users I know use JAXX as a means of holding their wallet.  The mining fee is locked at 0.0002...

If you look at the large bulk of unconfirmed transactions, they are in the .0002 BTC, which happens to be the mining fee set automatically in JAXX.. unfortunately, if you look as well, no matter which setting (FAST, NORMAL, etc) in JAXX, it leaves the fee the same.

So...you take a ton of average people trying to transact...in a crowded arena that BTC is doing right now...and you are stuck.

If JAXX would fix their code tonight to allow for a custom mining fee amount, I think the raid by the miners to reduce out their hashrates will end.
