Hello,

I just tried to purchasse a PSU + S9 (here my order 0012017110969824)

I send (from my kraken account) the exact amount of BCC (+10% to be sure everything okay) on the address BCC show at the end of the purchase. The first confirmation happened after 50 min ... then x3 confirmation at 55 min (a friend who make the same command but 10 min after me got everything "valid" and its fine) but for me everything "expire" like if i didn't respect the time (what i did).

So, my BCC are visible on the wallet for the payment but i cant access them now and it seem bitmain didn't take my command in count ;(

I send a ticket to the support, but a bot reply to me no one is working at this time in their office. I also tried to call them in china, a English bot said no one is working.

Did anyone was in the same situation ? what to do ?

Did you order directly from bitmain? Theres nothing we can do the only thing that you can do right now is to wait for their support responds this is sometimes happening i read some post from bitmain order guide and some customers having the same issue  and i think they had time limit 1 hour before your order expired..
And i think you can solve your issue by just contacting them directly. Just give them 24 hours to reply..

I think you will be in a whole new world of trouble. i'm not sure how kraken works. but if your order expired, bitmain would most likely send the coins back to the sending wallet address. and i'm sure the sending address wallet would be kraken? like any other exchanges no?
so I think you might need to contact kraken to try and receive your coins back. or best case scenario, bitmain manually updates your order as paid.

Thanks for the update. I am now in the same boat as you. BCH confirmations take so long the past few days because of difficulty.

In your order, did they now correctly adjust the status of your order to EXPIRED | PAID to VALID | PAID?
