What's the connection between being a legal risk and listing on exchanges? I've seen a bunch of ICOs yet never heard of stuff like being a risk to list on exchanges

Wasn`t sure if the page worked correctly, the 1st day didn`t want to update the count down, every time I refereshed, the countdown started all over again. Thought maybe was somethnig about the page...

I asked before the ICO even started, what will happen if the ICO fails, if I remember correctly the team said that they will continue the project but with some modification what will be developed first. For now, there is no news from the team, no are they active anymore, as they were before.
It`s a shame, because the idea behind the project was really nice, still keeping an eye on the project...
