11日，俄罗斯总统普京在APEC会议上发表讲话。讲话中，他还不忘对美俄之间关于去年美国大选的”谜团“发表看法。普京表示，针对“俄政府干涉美国大选”的指控，特别是“认为俄罗斯与川普的竞选团队有联系的想法，都是幻想”。

一个大国能够干涉另一个大国的选举，这个想法有点大胆，但是却不切实际。如能这样，美国都是俄罗斯的了。太幼稚。普京很好的回击了他们。
