Simplefx is scam. i withdraw 0.45 btc yesterday. Simplefx canceled.(we have discovered a malfunction of our Liquidity Provider’s bridge function. In result of the malfunction, our BitcoinCash Liquidity Provider has not been able to fill our Clients’ orders since 11th November 08:55 UTC. Acting in accordance with point 27.2 of SimpleFX Terms of Use and Customer Agreement, we are forced to cancel all BCH trades placed after the above-mentioned time.)

Did you try withdrawing your funds in a currency like BTC? They mention Bitcoin Cash over and over like it only an issue with BCC. Did you contact their support yet?

Good luck and I hope your problem gets resolved! Sad

I never tested that site yet.. there is no other way to get it back? try to contact their support since they already responds to you ask them how to get your bitcoin from your account if they are not giving any fair reason about your bitcoin expect that this site is scam..
Never heard this site but according to who is the site was made year 1996 .

Ask them what to do to fix your issue?

Update: you can check their own announcement thread  here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1059253.0

Looking for his account looks clean no feed back yet from his account.. so i think they will fix your issue just be patience..

You are not only one. One person from crypto group was stolen 40k$ profit by simplefx exactly because of this reason. Seems that they haven't been prepared for bch pump and now they don't have money for payout ppl profit.

I had the same problem! I made nearly .5 BTC trading on BCH, stayed up with little sleep. And now all that hard work is gone. At least they could have notified us that BCH trades will not be valid and I could have been trading on BTC instead! This completely sucks!

Interesting to see that those scam acussations have been created with two newbie accounts who have never posted before, this looks more like a fud than any other thing.
They had zero posts and they just posted in here to complain about 0.40 bitcoin losts, and the other guy lost 0.50 bitcoins because of a bug.
Maybe they are having some problems, but why do you always try to kill this broker? i have been using their platform for more than months and i have never had an issue with them.

if you do not have a problem with them,
it does not mean somebody will get the same thing like you did.
for example me,
i used Bittrex for more than 2 years and never have a problem even once whenever i used them.
but my friend ? they're using it for more than 2 years just like me and had a problem a few months ago.
'Newbie' account did not prove anything my friend,
sometimes you will see a real 'traders' using a 'Newbie' account to talk or doing something in here,
because they're focusing themself to trade not engaging in social platform like this,
but whenever they encountered a problem they'll ask about it in here,
so 'Newbie' account and 'Scam' are totally unrelated.

So basically what his questions is , will he be refunded of what he has lost because of your technical issue or he has lost what is has lost. Well let me tell you 0.5 btc is not a small amount to play around . To maintain your trust you need to do something about your customers issues or else your startup will fail there itself.

Yes, proofs should be provided to make us believe with OP's problem. Since OP also already a jr.member, proofs with pics are needed on here

Simplefx just admitted their problem above. We all lost trading profits from the weekend, trading on BCH. How can we trust them anymore?

It's final. I just got an email from their support. They will not refund the BCH trades profits from that weekend due to their "liquidity partners". We got absolutely no notice that trades would be invalid. Simplefx allowed customers to trade for days on a currency they would ultimately cancel, which tied up my funds from trading on other currencies. Just great...

I'm sorry to hear that mate. Personally, its a dumb moved from SimpleFX, they are trusted from what I read from the forum but this is a dick moved.

Its their "liquidity partners" fault not their customers, if they have captured this issue before hand, we will never have this problem right now. It looks like they will lost many customers from their decision.

And the timing is very suspicious. What the customers lost is no joke, but I guess its time to go forward and look another options here.
