He has been perfectly clear about the risks to his depositors.
I assume he is not forcing anyone to lend coins from him, and I have not heard anything about him being dishonest to any borrower.
I really don't see the issue here.
If you don't like the service, then don't use it, that's my logic.

After watching "illegal everything" (look for it on YouTube) I'm not surprised about people screaming for regulations or enforcement of regulations anymore.

This type of people will always exist unfortunately.
