Question 1) Is it logical to make an assumption that given the recent bcash fork now has the ability to auto-retarget difficulty on a 'per block' basis gives position for a second round attack (pump) cause the believe is that BTC will death spiral as they can pivot every other block?

Question 2) Just saying hypothetically ... Wouldnt it be a juglar shot to bcash to just now have core implement all of the same features + 8mb blocks; would be no technical differences, thus no value proposition to mine both?
