Here are some rotators / lists to point you in the right direction:

Do a Google search something like "bitcoin faucet rotator 2017" and "bitcoin faucet list 2017" and email every site owner you can find asking if they can add your faucet to their list. Every list you get onto, no matter how big or small, will help you.

Check out some online forums other than bitcointalk, too. beermoneyforums and emoneyspace are two examples. The longer you stick around in the community, the more people will add you to their lists, and the more claims you will have.

I owned a few faucets so I know 80 satoshi per 10 minutes is impossible to get income.
You can't afford to pay when time has come.
