Google spreadsheets do not have flexibility that the ICO Manager offers. Moreover, it is required to calculate the referral rewards automatically within the system. As for the signatures - there's a direct link with all signatures listed one after another.

If BitCointalk community finds the system too complicated we will consider options of simplifying the process of submitting the bounty activities.
