Ethereum transaction help

Hey, I'm new to Ethereum and sent my first transaction yesterday to participate in the ico for https://crypterium.io/

However, my transaction (16 hours old) says "out", which I understand to mean pending?

If anyone could explain what it actually means and if I have done anything wrong, that'd be great.
