Can Bitcoin still reach $8k this year?

Bitcoin price currently at $6800 so it will cross $7000 very soon and $8000 seems possible by the end of this year. Bitcoin is still #1 in the market and it will there for many years. BCH is a trash and it can never replace bitcoins no matter how hard they try. I do think that bitcoin price is about to rise very soon and if all goes well then we may see bitcoin price will reach $10,000 by the December end.   

   I did not read anything nice about BCH here on forum, yet this coin cost now 4 times
more then week ago. I was surprise with this BCH rise, and price drop of bitcoin and
everything that happen in last 4 days. I did not saw what is coming.
   Price of bitcoin is recovering fast, scaling or what ever problems network had caused
some delays in transactions, fees were expensive. I am relieved now when that is over.
While it last I started to lose confidence in bitcoin price rise this year. Now I understand
better how big balls trader need to have to sell on $7500 and buy again on $5900.

Maybe bitcoin value raise up to $8000 but not this year, because for now bitcoin price are striking down due to a lot of miners support bitcoin cash. Because of that price of BCH in the market are rapidly rising up like a rocket. I think due to fall down of bitcoin price in the market more capitalist are celebrate because they can invest more and buy a lot of stocks. I’m sure that they save it in the future because when time past bitcoin value are increasing.

For the next update about the bitcoin futures contract and i believe that brings the price of the bitcoin above $7k again, but i will try to make an opinion about the price of the bitcoin will increase more at the next year. Because the bitcoin needs the more hype to keep the more people to buy it and increase the price.

Here dude, the price of bitcoin is back to $7,000 right now and the segwit2x even cancelled. So do you imagine if in the next couple weeks Segwit2x will continue ? The bitcoin price will pumped so hard and I can even see the bitcoin price to $8,000-$10,000 in the end of the year.

I think that now turn on the pump and we will see the price of bitcoin is about $ 9,000. But I think that after the correction by the end of the year we will see a stabilization of prices at the level of $ 8,000. $ 10,000 this year is too optimistic. The growth of bitcoin will resume only in mid-January.

Yes Bitcoin will reach $8000 this year, in fact I have followed a mentor and luckily he was right for the past few months about Bitcoins price and said by this month of November it will surely reach $8000 and around $9000 by next month.

Yes, now again bitcoin start to up and has been reached again in $7143, and it is again good news for us. I hope definitely bitcoin will be reached within 2 months at $8000 to $9500 and may be bitcoin cross $10000. But i am happy because bitcoin has started to going to up and i also believe on it that bitcoin is the king of all crypto currencies.

Its natural that once it's reached some peak,it will just recharged to have another blows so after this dump another pump will be expected and I hope also it reached $10k as speculated by many , it will be a bright Christmas for btc.

I'm thinking $8,000 this month and $10,000 after the CME starts trading BTC futures.
It could go the other way if short sellers enter in force.

In 2018, I expect a drop in January as people who are long term holders sell. The tax on those sales will not be due until April 2019.

For sure Bitcoin price will be much better than today. I will not argue about what rates of Bitcoin prices will be achieved, but certainly Bitcoin will move on a positive track. as long as Bitcoin is still in demand and used by many people then the price of Bitcoin will be much higher.

This is very hard to predict . After the recent downfall of bitcoin due to the ongoing BCH thing shivered all the bitcoin users for once .
But the situation seems to be handelled and in control now. It was speculated earlier that bitcoin might cross $10k by the end of the year . When bitcoin was rising at a lightining speed it seemed that might happen . But now that bitcoin is moving around $6.5k , it seems difficult to attain that goal .
Bitcoin might touch $8k near christmas if all thing went smoothly and there are no upcoming forks and dumping of bitcoin happening for some time now.

Actually I would not be surprised if we see 8K at the end of November.
All this disturbances we have seen in this year, they did not last more than two weeks. After that bitcoin did what it always did: it went up. Mostly faster than before.
Of course the way bitcoin has moved in the past is no guarantee that it shows the same behaviour in the future.
But if you ask me if it falls or grows in the near future, I an convinced it will grow. Except something unforeseen happens nobody had expected.

Segwit 2x cancellation along with BCH drama did bring a drop. But they failed in continuing that and now bitcoin is back in appreciation phase. I believe $9k is quite achievable by the end of the year as CME group will be actually launching bitcoin futures by December. This gonna give global popularity to Bitcoin and might divert some stock and share investors to cryptocurrencies. I believe there will be boost in demand by the year end and so the price will increase to $9k.

The price of bitcoin  was increased just few days its getting back to normal but i think the reason why the price is getting increased again its because the news square about bitcoin look at this CNBS news
this is  i think the reason why the price is getting increases these days.. no other reason that i could see why the price was increased.. Since bitcoin from the past few month bitcoin price increase because of the fork but right now the price is keep increasing normally. .
