So you basically want a "scam" account that cannot be traced back to you. The transactions that were done by the previous owners will lead the investigators to the door of the previous owner. You only need to use the account once to push some "illegal" BTC through that account and that is why you are paying someone 1 or 2 BTC for this privilege.

What other reason will you need to use someone's used account? ^hmmmmmm^

Care to elaborate this "mining experiment" you want to do. A newbie and asking for an account that has 100-300 bitcoin transaction.

Even it is 0 balance, would you mind to explain on what kind of experiment you are planning to do with such accounts?

What do you guys mean by illegal bitcoins? No govt. has regulated btc, so all of them are the same. I can't tell you the details of the project what we want to do. I am offering a good deal. What they mean is that you'll use the account for something suspicious. Is there any difference if you use a new account and a bought account that has a bitcoin address with a huge amount of bitcoin transactions for the mining project that you've mentioned?

Bitcoin Addresses can easily be traced and linked because everything is on the blockchain.
