I myself tried to find any info about whether "total time logged in" matters on the topic you posted, but failed.
Looks like this value doesn't have real value as for me.

I dont think it has any real function other than telling you how long you have spent at bitcointalk. I could be wrong but to me it seems arbitrary and useless would love to know if it had some actual usage to it.

Since I joined the forum got to see that but it's just nothing, so don't need to worry about time of log in answering yes it's just an indicator on how long you log in the same using of forum.

~Well the answer to your question, is there a minimum time to log in?  No there is no such thing and never heard of that.

I think there is no minimum time to be log in within 14 days...
Only 14 posts are needed to increase activity....
But I saw there is a formula wherein posts are multiplied with time...

Activity = min (time * 14 posts)
Calculation of activity every 30 minutes

It was stated on the last pinned thread but it doesn't says how much time we need to stay.

The novice set the reply interval, which may be the minimum login time you want, and of course it's not hard to do more online!

I want also to clarify what is the interval in minutes or hours for the next post? I'm still a newbie.

Total time logged in is just meaningless stats, it can't affect your activity. And there is no minimum time to be logged in in. When you login you can choose how long you want to be logged in (you even can choose to stay logged in forever).
I want also to clarify what is the interval in minutes or hours for the next post? I'm still a newbie.
You can find information about activity and time limits between posts here:

I don't really think there is a minimum for that, but I would make sure to log in from time to time, even if you ever should take a break from the forum - you know, just in case...

Log in time is on your browser. When you log in there is a box that you have to check whether you want logged in all the time or not.
