I joined the bounty program to Twitter! But I can't understand what a week I indicate in the report if you participate the first week and then I do write week 1,or to write that week,which is already underway from the beginning of the company?
Well, report will based on the date you've join in. You can see it on the timestamp of the spreadsheet and moreover with that the beginning of every week report start from Wednesday that is why on that day I tally all the participants who made their task for the week. Hope you clearly understand it now. Thank you for that question, it will be a good one so that every participant that have join or would join in this bounty will clearly understood it now.

You don't understand it I think, they are publishing it because they have done it for the specific week so that stakes will be calculated for them, that is why they published it before it will be too late.
