No haven't faced such issue up until now.. first of all.. if something like this is happening with you ,you should worry about your wallet security and check its authencity also..its not a god indication at all maybe someone owns your keys and stuff make sure its in place and change passwords and make sure to update everything timely Smiley

if your bitcoin has disapperead then you need to talk to the wallet company.

It is possible someone has hacked you or maybe the wallet company has stolen your coin.

Or maybe you sent it to someone and forgot. Tokens cannot vanish in thin air. Find out where your coins have gone.
