P.S whos got a dev in mind? NBk you good to go?

To me, getting the keys to the castle, and focused dev efforts are currently the most important things.

https://forum.megacoin.co.nz/index.php?topic=3643.msg17257#msg17257

If we cannot get the keys to the existing web castle in a reasonable amount of time, it's time to let it go in my opinion.  Each day that passes results in further deterioration and a degraded public image.  As much as I would like to hold on to all of what is currently out there for historic reasons, I clearly recognize itscrazy's point and the growing community consensus that waiting and hoping are not going to solve the mounting issues.

NBK and cgminer-o, if willing, deserve full dev rights if you ask me.  They have been committed long-term, and have the willingness to stay committed and technical skills to prevent a future repeat of what MEC is currently experiencing.  This sort of attitude and commitment are exactly what MEC needs to succeed as an alt.

I appreciate and respect all of the work that Kimoto provided to move MEC this far, but not being there for MEC when it is in clear danger is unacceptable and something that everyone should now acknowledge so that improvements can occur.
+1
NBK and cgminer-o, work your magic.
So thats a yes from you to the switch to nbk's site? Remember guys, if we do this and I contacted by kimoto I will be switching right back but until then it makes sense that we give people the correct information as well as give us the ability to use our site as leverage when approaching exchanges and services to intergrate mec. If we cannot link to these services on our site then what is the point for them and the community.

Megacoin is a long term investment. If you want to gamble, buy into the latest pump and dump. If you want to invest in quality and value for the long term you want Megacoin... It's just a matter of time before the next financial crisis.

I believe he will show up when crypto goes for another run.

You can see him signing in at the megacoin forum so we all know his just waiting for the right time.

I say buy up and be prepared.

I think your advice is well timed, and we won't have long to wait. You could have picked up some real bargains a few weeks ago, but I think we will look back on these prices in a couple months and think this was amazingly cheap. The smart money is getting positioned for the long term.

There isn't enough room in one post to answer that one.

Do a little research though, read back through these posts and take a look at the dedicated forum and you'll see.  Cool

One of these mornings you will wake up and fiat currency will have lost half it's value.

As someone said recently on the Megacoin forum, people generally don't get on-board until the rally is well underway. With the latest developments, I think it's safe to say the train is leaving the station.  Grin
