Here is my post to shopify via facebook. They have blocked me form accepting payments via their payment gateway stating that I broke some TOS, which there is nothing stating anything about cryptocurrency or cryptocurrency related items and just wanted to share this information with everyone.
So one of your Risk Analyst members is trying to explain to me that I am somehow violating your ToS. This is in fact not true. I am attempting to sell Cryptocurrency related items, and your ToS has zero mention of Cryptocurrency or any cryptocurrency related items, in fact the ToS and the AUP both fail to even LIST the word at all. Frankly I am appalled at the lack of information or proof by your agent that I am in fact breaking either but is willing to tell me that I am breaking at least one rule. Also the fact that she was unwilling to explain which items were breaking said policies seams to point out that your company believes it does not need ME as a customer, which may be true, but you do need customers, lots of them. I would not even have had this reaction if any of the information I was given was actually in the TOS, at the time of this writing the TOS was last updated OCT. 17th 2017.
